Stress, Thoughts, & Our Immune Systems
Oh stress. It is truly the root of all disease.

Your body has a beautifully designed system to protect you from stress, but when it's constantly on alert, your health can pay the price.

Worrying about work, paying the bills, taking care of your children, and simply living in the world today can be perceived threats to your nervous system. Constant threats mean stress hormones (cortisol) levels are always high, immune and digestive systems are suppressed, and you are more likely to experience a myriad of health issues.

BUT there is a way out.

We can learn to minimize stress.

We can learn to truly process our emotions (positive and negative!).

We can give our bodies daily support to handle the stress of modern living.

We can support our immune systems well so that they can handle whatever comes our way.
